MARE launched MarineDebris.Info to provide a free and continuous forum for global discussion and announcements on marine debris. The target audience includes marine debris scientists, resource managers, policymakers, industry, conservation organizations, and other stakeholders.

MarineDebris.Info consists of:

• The MarineDebris.Info listserv, an online discussion forum. Click here to sign up for the forum. Membership is open to everyone. The discussion occurs via e-mail.
• MarineDebris.Info webinars on subjects of interest to the marine debris community. Upcoming webinars will be announced on the MarineDebris.Info listserv. The first webinar, on Japanese tsunami marine debris, was held on December 12, 2011. The second webinar, on plastic innovations and marine debris, was held on June 26, 2012.
